Download the sponsorship form and physician medical form.

and Signatures
Obtain required signatures. Local Legion Post sponsorship request deadline is May 1, 2027.

Return and
Upload Documents
Upload the completed medical form, student photo, and health insurance card.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- Must be a resident of Pennsylvania
- Ages 15–17
- Must not turn 18 before or during camp
- Must be in good health
- Average or above-average academic standing
- Interest in law enforcement or military service
- Previous attendees are not eligible to re-apply
