Continue Your 2027 SPYW Application
Use this page to return to an application you already submitted and complete the remaining sponsorship and document requirements.
What You Will Need
Before continuing, please have the following information and documents ready:
- Applicant first name
- Applicant last name
- An email address used on the original application
- Completed and signed Sponsorship Form
- Completed physician Medical Form
- Recent cadet photo
- Health insurance card
- Sponsoring organization information, including Post number, District, contact person, and telephone number
After we locate your application, you will be able to enter the sponsoring organization information and upload the required completed documents. You do not need to create an account or password.
If your application cannot be located using the information you originally submitted, please contact the Pennsylvania American Legion for assistance.
