What Happens Next
- Print the Sponsorship Form and complete the required sponsorship and signature information with your sponsoring American Legion Post or organization.
- Have the Medical Form completed and signed by the physician.
- Keep the completed forms.
- Return to the Continue Application page to enter the sponsorship information and upload the signed Sponsorship Form, completed Medical Form, cadet photo, and health insurance card.
Your registration is not complete until the required documents have been uploaded through Continue Application.
